Then you must get verified by reacting to a message in our verification channel on discord. Once you've gotten verified, go to the support channel and react to the message on that channel. It should create a new channel named ticket-{number}. You can type any questions in there and staff will get back to you. if you haven't been responded to in 24 hours, you may tag a staff member.
